1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using peluka.info and its associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Provider

peluka.info is operated by Jose Perez Carmona, based in Helsinki, Finland. For any inquiries, contactjose.perez@peluka.info.

3. Description of Services

peluka.info provides web-based tools, APIs, statistics platforms, and web development services. These include:

eRepublik Tools - Statistics and tools for eRepublik communities
CSA Website - Statistics for the CSA gaming community
Voobly Statistics - Player rankings and match data
Rutificador - Chilean RUT lookup service
REST APIs - Data access endpoints for registered users
Telegram Bots - Automated event notifications
Web Development - Custom web application development and hosting

4. User Accounts and Authentication

Some services require authentication via FusionAuth (auth.peluka.info). By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any service, server, or database
Use automated tools to scrape or overload our services beyond established rate limits
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services
Use the services to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
Share or transfer API keys to unauthorized third parties

6. API Access and Rate Limiting

Access to our APIs is subject to rate limiting based on your subscription tier. Exceeding the established limits may result in temporary or permanent restriction of access. API keys are personal and non-transferable.

7. Web Development Services

Custom web development and hosting services are subject to individual agreements between peluka.info and the client. Hosting is provided on dedicated European infrastructure (Hetzner, Finland/Germany).

8. Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content on peluka.info is the intellectual property of its creator unless otherwise stated. Client projects remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

9. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection law. For full details, see ourPrivacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, peluka.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, Finland.
